Emergency & Urgent Repairs:

If the emergency repair relates to electricity outages please contact Ausgrid 13 13 88 (24 hours), if the emergency relates to burst water pipes mains please contact Sydney Water 13 20 90 (24 hours). For urgent repairs of other property emergency repairs please contact our office on 02 9264 4820 by phone (9am and 5pm Monday to Friday).

If you are calling outside work hours please contact the emergency trades person nominated on your lease agreement. Please also send our repairs team an email to report the event: repairs@cubicrealestate.com.au.

If your property is within a unit/apartment or is within a stratum, you will also need to report the event to the building, strata manager if the repairs affect common area such as corridors, lifts, parking area- those common areas will require strata managements involvements to make good.

Non Urgent Repairs

 

For repair or request maintenance please follow the following steps:

 

  • When reporting repairs please ensure you provide a brief description, photo and video of the issue requiring repair. This will help us determine who to send the work order to and most importantly assist us in obtaining off site quotations.

  • Please also ensure you provide contact number for access the premises should they require onsite inspection.

  • For appliances faults please try to obtain the brand and model number which is generally on the device. If there are error messages please take a photo of the exact error message.

  • Please be patient with us as we are obligated to obtain three quotes. Your photos will help us with the quotations process and avoid the owner having to pay unnecessary call out fees as well as expedite quotations.
