Repairs Procedure:


For repair or request maintenance please follow the following steps:


  • When reporting repairs please ensure you provide a brief description, photo and video of the issue requiring repair. This will help us determine who to send the work order to and most importantly assist us in obtaining off site quotations.

  • Please also ensure you provide contact number for access the premises should they require onsite inspection.

  • For appliances faults please try to obtain the brand and model number which is generally on the device. If there are error messages please take a photo of the exact error message.

  • Please be patient with us as we are obligated to obtain three quotes. Your photos will help us with the quotations process and avoid the owner having to pay unnecessary call out fees as well as expedite quotations.
